The sales representative, Chris Read was professional and courteous and he was informative and provided us with unbiased suggestions when we were unsure on certain situations. His dedication really made a difference.

From the moment you arrive, where you are welcomed by Tracy at reception, you are treated as a respected individual by all who you meet. The staff show an interest in you and get to know you. On every visit they make you feel important.

All of the staff are excellent -- particularly 10 out of 10 for Nick Irish (Sales Executive) and Tracy (Reception) -- but car parking at the showrooms is a disaster and telephone communications can be difficult at times.

Henry on the service desk was excellent: friendly, professional and efficient. But the overall experience is always fraught with delays and a feeling of not being able to trust the recommendations given.

Staff were brilliant but car was not washed very well. Lots of parts missed jnside and out. Seemed like a rushed job for the car wash guy who was apparently on his own. Could do with a second man on car wash as its included in the service package.

This was our 1st time using Hindhead, we usually use the Portsmouth branch. We would now chose to use Hindhead now as our experience with them has been a vast improvement and very pleasant compared to Portsmouth.

Good customer service from Henry. Parts had not been ordered in advance to be fitted on the car. If parts can only be ordered after an investigation has been undertaken BMWs car booking service needs to be updated to advise customers upfront.

Aside form the cost the rest of the service was done ok although again . . . the car wasn't properly washed ie. front spoiler hadn't been cleaned but the inside had been vacuumed and the rest of the car was clean.

So much more professional than Cobham or Guildford where I had dreadful experiences, one resulting in my hub caps going missing and denials from Vines. Tell every bmw owner I know to stay away from both branches. Cobham lost my keys after a service

It always feels as if there is something expensive wrong - which shouldn't happen to a car that is less than 3 years old. Lots of use of emotive language when reporting it back feels like pressure to spend money.

My car was rushed, no effort to be done early in the day despite early drop off-missed the a/c refresh requested and no mention made of brake wear mentioned in vehicle health check, the details of which were mixed with a different vehicle!

Service was done, staff were very good. However I asked for the BMW dash cams to be re stuck. The rear in particular keeps on coming off and I have spent a fair bit of money buying pads. This was not done and no explanation as to why it was not
